Exploring solutions consultant role at L4, 4 yoe in mgmt consulting incl MBA:
Q1. How operational are the responsibilities? Have heard about having to meet targets for number of tickets resolved. Concerned that it's all about executing vs delivering long-term impact

Q2. Does the role provide enough transferrable skills, given the area is in ads policy? Is it too niche / limiting in terms of internal transfer for example?

I’m a CMA who works in Behavioral Health. I have been asked to float to different offices to assist other providers because we are short staffed. I don’t mind because I thought this would be temporary. The problem now is the positions available have no applicants as of yesterday. Not one applicant!
