Big 4 Consulting interviews: do most people fail out of interviews at the behavioral interview part or the case interview part? Does anyone know statistics of job offers given once you make the casing portion of a Big 4 interview?

Potential career change: Do I take a consulting job at a research firm to break into consulting? I have 5YOE in tech finance with MBA. The pay is exactly the same. Growth potential is limited at the company but I may be able to pivot to B4 or T2 or MBB after just a year or two. If I decline and stay, I am 1 year away from promotion to finance manager. Thanks

Anyone know how the Digital Product management practices at Big 4 + ACN differ?

I’m a new hire earlier this year at one of the big 4, and I got placed into a group that specializes in R&D credits, method changes, repairs studies, etc.

I don’t particularly enjoy the work and am a bit annoyed because I didn’t request this group, I just got placed in it.

What kind of exit opportunities are there for this group? I don’t see myself staying in public forever, and I’m concerned and a bit stressed about being pigeonholed in my career.

Recently accepted an internal transfer offer to switch to FDD from audit in a couple months. After seeing inflation numbers, the PWC 15% deals bump, and generally feeling lowballed (90k HCOL for an S1), I’m feeling really fed up and considering looking to other big 4 (PWC) for FDD to get the comp I feel I deserve. Would this be taboo considering I already accepted an offer?

Getting out of the mobilization in 2 months. Any Big 4 can refer me to their strategy and transactions group? Previous in KPMG and Deloitee as a senior. E5 in ARMY with TS/SCI

Serious question here. I’m a second year senior at BDO in a specialty tax service. I have a lot of friends still in public at both big 4 & mid-size(went to a large state school). Every person I know that I talk to is saying their firm is having the same issue as BDO - resource issue in audit worse than EVER. Like seriously concerning how short staffed everyone is. So my question is does anyone still want to do audit? And why is everyone running from it more than ever?
