Most everyone is and has been dropping. I’m with Marcus, at 1.7% I think.

Not gonna chase rates.

If you are looking for a short term boost look into bank bonuses rather than chasing .1% rate differences. Search for Doctor of Credit Bank Bonuses and find one that fits your needs and available funds.

I'm moving out of my parents home next weekend and living on my own for the first time since college and first time since working professionally. Living with 1 roommate, rent $1,250 each with everything included in HCOL area. I make 70k before bonus and comission. No debt, no monthly expenses other than gym, car insurance, and gas really. Trying to save up to buy a house in 2-3 years. Any money-saving tips for first time young renter?

The beginning of my wife and my journey - let’s see what happens from here. We both came from very poor families and have had to take loans out to pay for everything. I just graduated from MBA and she from dental school, combined we earn ~$330k and will likely continue to see that amount grow and provide better lives for us and our family. Just a reminder that we all start in different places and no one should be disheartened by those who are more fortunate. Each persons path is their own.

I've just received an inheritance of $25k, and moved it to a Fidelity IRA Beneficiary Account, which means I need to withdraw it all within 10 years (gains taxed at that time), and cannot contribute more $ to the account. I'm only 27, so I will need to withdraw before retirement (may still reinvest in a brokerage account at that point or use on a home even before that) - given current market conditions/projections (slowing/recession soon), how would you recommend I invest?

I think our investments to the S&P500 at today’s levels will never see 7-8% long term growth rate.
We will be lucky if our investments are protected from inflation. It’s an insanely inflated market. There are negative rates all around the world while US has almost zero as well. We are a very unlucky generation.
