Alright, I have a serious question that, in my time in the industry, I've never found a good answer for.
In advertising and marketing, we largely break things into creative and accounts. Where do we put roles like web developers, SEOs, ad buyers and planners (especially digital ad managers), and site architects? They're adjacent to both, but in my experience, they are neither one nor the other.

What happened that almost made you rage quit your job, and what stopped you?

Anyone in their mid-late 40s feel a rising sense of anxiety about your age in this business and the prospect of “aging out”? If so, what’s your plan to continue your career?
