Hi, I’m an 8 yr inpatient RN for a hospital system in Northeastern PA. I’ve been thinking about leaving bedside nursing for many reasons, but I’ve realized it’s time. I saw an ad for RN jobs at DaVita dialysis. I’ve read some reviews from employees online & I’m hesitant to apply. I’m definitely interested to know if it’s worth applying. I’ve heard management is like anywhere else, but the environment is better, than inpatient med/surg, and sadly I am. Hoping for helpful info 🤞
Looking to start studying for the CPA is it worth to try to get into a Big 4 before passing? I've heard they will pay for it and give a bonus for passing.
Or stay where I am and know I'll have time to study with my current work load.

Anyone ever get a work crush? I’ve recently worked with an associate who I just completely vibe with. We work together very well, and their is definitely a little flirting going on. Fortunately for me (I’m happily married), we’ve never met in person since I work remote in a different state.

BACKGROUND: I transitioned from medical copy editing (7 years) to medical content/news writing (2 years) to pharma/medical copywriting (1.5 years). I'm currently a senior copywriter for FCB working on a new drug launch. I've created the Day 0 splash page (US), brand style guide (global), HCP and patient Day 1 & Day 14 emails (US), and an HCP Thought Leader Liaison slide deck. My journey has been non-traditional so I don't have a book per se.
