Do people in this thread not realize the difference between naturally occurring sugar in fruit (fiber, antioxidants ..etc) and added sugars (the bad stuff). If you eat any fruit, your gonna have some natural sugar

How does it taste? Favorite flavors? Meal replacement drinks super convenient but have never really caught on.
It can be a little thick, so I suggest letting it sit out for a bit

I really like the protein products from Naked Nutrition, they have basically every kind of protein (egg, whey, pea, rice, peanut, casein), and it doesn’t have any artificial sweeteners like this protein shake. It does have some added coconut sugar, but only about 5g per serving which is prefect for me cause I can’t stand the taste of the zero sugar sweeteners, but to each their own!
Looks solid! I’ll try it but has a bit too much sugar so be careful with consumption.

How many net carbs? I just tried Premiere Protein Shakes the Caffe Latte flavor (amazing) 30g protein and only 3g net carbs
14g, def not low carb but relatively low cal source of high protein. More filling than a shake though.
