Is there a site that’s good for searching for mileage run flights? Where you can view only skyteam airlines, and filter by miles flown. What’s the best tool for that? Thx!

We are moving to a big city, and my husband really wants us to choose a housing option that does not have a bathtub. It’s a fantastic house, but that’s kind of a big negative for me since we have a baby and a toddler. Anyone have ideas for ways to “create” a bathtub or something to buy that’s big enough for a toddler bath? Toddler loves his current baths in a normal size tub.

Does a Consultant at EY-Parthenon manage junior resources, or are they usually the least tenured on teams? Curious as to the expectations of the role thanks!

Need help with a decision and would love to hear from some experienced consultants. I have an offer to join Accenture for: - $145k salary - 5% bonus - 6% match (after vest) - 15% discounted stock purchase program At EY current -> FY21 - $100k -> $115k (est) - $5k -> $5k (est) - 1.5% match But I seriously love what I do at EY... like I think it’s very cool. I’m afraid I won’t enjoy Accenture that much and I feel I’m really making a name for myself at EY. Please help. I am coming up on 3yoe

What do you do to stay productive at work while WFH? My focus and drive has disappeared for whole days and I can’t bring myself to get anything done. We’re experiencing a heat wave and poor air quality from wildfires in the state, but I’ve been losing steam at work days before this started.

Any advice?: Just finished long term W2 freelance role (since Jan) + I also have a small 1099 side project that‘ll be finishing up in 2ish wks. If we are talking >10k on 1099 (i.e. not enough to justify filing for SCorp) + <160-200k on W2 — is there any real tax advantage of opening LLC vs paying me directly outside of the “protects personal assets if ever sued”, etc? Technically I *could* open LLC quickly b4 invoicing- but dunno if worth $ to do so for such small amount of 1099 coming in?

My agency asked me for work examples from previous experience that they used in landing a new client. This is a first for me. Anyone else experience this. Did you get a commission or any bonus?

Accidentally bumped into the car in front of me in traffic in a rental. What's the protocol for getting this resolved? Do I involve my insurance co or is it purely rental/biz insurance?

Would you transition to a brand manager? I’m 30 and thinking about the long term. Hear horror stories of people not lasting past 40 in the industry. Have an opening to do it eventually on brand side.

Anyone from big4 has experience in having its H1b transfer filed within a week after accepting the offer?

How long does it usually take to hear back after MBB final round? I think this was off cycle for experienced hires and it’s been 7 working days - should I keep waiting or move on? TIA!

Hi Folks, Anybody recently went through the H1B transfer process? How much time does it take starting from the lawyer reaching out to you and then you receiving the approval.

How many of you are doing back up care/day care/ child care vs managing children at home? I'm paranoid about entrusting someone outside my household with child care during the pandemic, my husband agrees as well. He's awesome and pitches in equally in everything! However, we are both so burned out. What's the popular vote here? What's your thoughts around this, pros and cons?

After summer, I’m due to start my career as a big law associate. And I’m scared to death. Imposter syndrome is crippling me, despite having performed very well at both Ivy League undergrad and law school, as well as the bar exam. Maybe it’s my background - raised by an alcoholic, abusive single mother and making it against all odds and thinking I statistically should be in prison, dead or on disability. How can I deal with this fear of failing?
