Who else’s direct deposit can only go into ONE account? I was trying to have 30% of my DD be put in savings for income taxes since I’m 1099... but my BD can’t do it?!?

It's not that they can't, it's that they won't. It's extra work for them and creates more chances for error.
I just do the math when my quarterly deposit arrives.

Same at the firm I just left. I believe it may also have to do with compliance during audits asking for statements and making it much easier to only have to ask for one account versus various accounts.

It’s not that hard. It’s an expected feature at virtually every large company.

If you think a house is way overpriced, can you offer 15% below asking? I’m embarrassed to even ask my real estate agent but this house has been listed at $440k for 90 days and their is a comp right next door that is much better for $380k (top end of my budget). I went to their open house and the selling agent said we were the only ones who showed up.
