I'm holding an offer of 20LPA fixed + 2L joining bonus from MakeMyTrip. YOE - 6 years in Native Android. Ola electric will be rolling out an offer shortly with 22LPA(20LPA fixed + 2L variable)+2L joining bonus. MMT will likely match the Ola electric's offer. I applied to MMT on hirist. While I reached out to the HR myself in case of Ola. Can I ask for Ola cabs instead of Ola electric? Is it any better than Ola electric in culture? Which one should I join considering the culture MMT or Ola?

Imagine you're looking for a remote job at a large company with a sophisticated marketing function, strong manager, and room for growth. Making good traction, but then you're contacted by a company in a niche that FASCINATES you...like you read books about this subject for fun, you'd probably love this job. It's remote, the salary is good, the manager is nice, but you'd be the most senior marketing person; the company is about 200 people. What would you do?

I love patient care and have over 20 years experience and extra certifications, but I’m wondering if it’s time to switch to non clinical work or PRN at various places to get paid more since I’m topped out. Anyone make a big change in their PT career. I’d love to hear.
Additional Posts in PR and Communications
Does anyone have insights on working at WE Communications? I’m interested in a role they have open and hoping it is a better work environment with more growth opportunities than my current job.
As with many of us, I’ve been searching for a new job. I recently applied to very small firm (in terms of staff), and I’m concerned that with so much work to do and so few people to review applicants, I might get lost in the mix. I may try and connect with one of their staff on LinkedIn, but otherwise, does anyone have advice on how I might get myself noticed in this situation?
Anyone ever make a career change from PR to Human Resources? Considering this change and would love to hear your experience!
What do we all think of this?
Hi there - Has anyone enrolled in graduate programs through Harvard Extension School? One area of focus for my current work is corporate sustainability, so have been looking at getting my master's online through this program: https://extension.harvard.edu/academics/programs/sustainability-graduate-program/. Since it's job-related, Google will pay for part of it.
But curious of the value / impact of Harvard's online degree programs and would love some first-hand insights. Thanks y'all.

Role is technically Chicago/Minneapolis/NY but location is a little more fluid these days, obviously. Listing is below but email me at email@example.com if you have questions.

Applied to a paid media specialist position, well qualified. Was invited for a second round interview but before I could attend they reached out to me telling me they had closed the position because their candidate pool collapsed (they all accepted jobs and bowed out). Now they’re telling me I’ll have to re-apply when they re-open the position in the “near future.” Is this pretty much a lost cause? If I was the only candidate left and they didn’t pick me, what would be the point of re-applying?
Hello all, for those working in an agency. I wanted to see what your typical client workload is? I’ve been in my role for about a year but the workload has changed dramatically without hiring help.
Can you please share:
- the number of accounts you manage
- how many support staff you have on those accounts
- how many active pitches you send per month for those clients on average

Miss the money but not agency “life"
You will not miss the life
I made the jump as an SAE and got amazing experience but did miss the agency pace, culture and smarts. Went back to agency after 2 years. I recommend doing it at a time in your life when you need fewer hours and more balance
The grass is so much greener.
