I am on notice period with Tata Consultancy with 2 months remaining with an offer in hand where the joining date is just after notice period ends. Now, I got early release from current company and thus, I saved 2 months. So, if I join the new company after 2 months will this be considered as a 'gap' in my profile in the future and will it be harmful?

It’s just like every consulting practice 100% the engagement / leadership / management team on toxic vs good time and good WLB. Network with the people on the team first and you’ll find a good spot
I’m ex TD and honestly I very much enjoyed my time there.
Obviously not the most sexy or interesting work (it’s mostly PMO / change depending on your bsxkground), but the WLB, and the people I personally worked with were great.
I have heard some of the PMDs were toxic but I never personally experienced that.
I went from Deloitte HC to TD for what it’s worth and enjoyed KPMG a lot more.
