Trying to negotiate a salary increase. Firm wants to hear of any examples of salaries at comparable Florida firms. I’m currently at an AM200 in Jacksonville, 4th year, $165k base + bonuses up to $37,500 based on hours. Last year I billed 2100 and got $30k in bonus.
