Who in the agency would you say has the ultimate responsibility to come up with the agency’s pricing & services model? Biz Dev? Finance? Ops? Project Management? Other? (Context: we have an ongoing issue where a biz dev / accounts person will eagerly be coming up with half-baked solutions for a prospective client, and it always feels like a cluster F when they want to know what resources, budget, and time we need in order to execute said service - which they thought of in the first place!)

I am.serving notice period and 9th August is my last day. I am 7B. My PeM and other senior manager asked me to stay back and they will do my band Progression to 8 in September. I have to complete Industry badge and project assessment. He said IBM will match the offer I have.
I asked about it in writing, but they refused as this saying its against BCG guidelines.
He has shared screen though of the pre-approved mail for this.
Should I trist them and pull back my papers ??

Could be notes, a follow up, a reminder, raising your hand to tackle and drive something-whatever. I use gantt charts to plan activities & deliverables, kanban boards to mamge them. My weapons of choice:
- MS Project (Smartsheet not as strong on core gantt features/functions but superior for sharing + all it's customization, abilities, is etc.)

- Trello for Kanban (labeling, filtering, robust add-ons, finally on enterprise task-level assignmemts). Sadly, Smartsheet kanban is weak.

Is there an integrated package that does both gantt & kanban that approaches these point solutions?
