Principal, assistant principal, math alt, reading alt, two fifth grade teachers. I was interviewing for a fifth grade position. I was doing my student teaching here at the time so I was already comfortable with everyone and it seemed less scary.
Principal, assistant principal, CTE instructor, local technical college Dean.
The principal, assistant principal, a second grade teacher and a fourth grade teacher. There was a second and a fourth grade position available at the time. One of them reading interventionists might’ve been in the interview as well.
APs and PLC- it was a total of 11 people, which was unexpected, but ended up pretty fun bc they asked good questions about my sample lesson. My principal was supposed to be there but had gone home sick right as I came in

My first interview was with the director of HR. My second interview was with my principal, assistant principal, a teaching coach, and a special ed teacher!
