Does anyone received joining bonus from EPAM. If yes then how to approach for it. How much is expected for A3 band. I just received the offer and still has 15 days till joining.

Being considered for a M role in GPS @ Deloitte. Some q's I have: 1. When is the bonus cycle? 2. What sort of travel may be involved? Who should I ask? 3. Would I be comped mileage when I have to travel to a customer site? If so how does it work? 4. Can I work from home, or will I be expected to work from the office every day? Who sets the policy? 5. What's up with the $1K commuting stipend? What's it good for?6. Is there a pension fund outside of 401k? If so what's it look like? Thanks!

Just got a 20k bonus and got only $13k after taxes. I’m fed up with these taxes. 😵‍💫. Really needed the extra money this year.

Has anyone noticed that a good amount of recruiters at shops like Selby Jennings, etc., have IB experience? For instance, recruiter reached out to me and has 2.5 years as an analyst at Wells Fargo. Why would anyone switch from IB into recruiting? More bonus potential (getting paid % of placed persons salary) and less stress/hours?

At present in TCS with 11 LPA with 10.3 YOE Offers Amdocs : 21 Fixed (Perf bonus and appraisal will be in July 2023 ) UBS : 22 Fixed + 2.5 rel bonus (will be considered for perf bonus and appraisal in dec 2022) LWD : 31032022 Should i negotiate with Amdocs for 25-26 Lpa ? Looking for better opportunity till LWD but not getting much calls with higher ctc.

Bonus talk today -$500 raise, $150 bonus I cannot make this shit up. Started in late July And was told by the recruiter before I signed paperwork that I should expect a min of 3.5% raise and 2K bonus

Tax season, and I just noticed I have a household income of $700K. Guess how much we've saved? $0!!! $300K goes to tax - thanks to CA $60K goes to housing mortage, HOA, and tax $15K goes to travel & vacation $10K goes to BTS... Where did the rest of money go? NO IDEA... Looks like just dining and grocery stuff. I don't have even have kids, didn't buy any luxury brands last year.

What household income would you need to be comfortable buying an 800k house? Assuming no other debt. Know there are many other factors besides HHI, just taking the temperature here

Someone once told me around age 26 is when your career either takes off or it flattens out to where you’ll be long term . Here I am at 27 and I’m not optimistic for my future. This sucks.
