Anyone have any idea when the hiring freeze might end within AWS ProServ? I’m currently at Amazon and have a TS clearance, PMP & CSM. I come from a Big4 consulting firm with a background in Enterprise Performance. I’ll be honest and say I’m not feeling very safe in my current role with the ongoing layoffs. I cleared two interview rounds for a Senior Consultant role, had a salary discussion with HR, then they shared a tentative salary structure and i have said ok to it over email. Then HR said next step will be me getting an offer letter 2 weeks later. Is it advisable to followup with them after 2 weeks or just let them do their thing slowly? I have seen posts here of them being very slow and not sharing the offer letter without followup.

5 month ago I joined Ceridian IT as remote. Due to nature of work, I have very little to no involvement with other parts of my team. I like what I do, pay is ok, manager is not so involved. That’s pretty much my life rn. With all the news about recession and what not, what do you think about Ceridian’s future?
