I’ve made it to the 3rd round interviewing at three different firms over the past two months, and the feedback I’m getting has all been very similar: they think I’m really great, but it’s not the right time. Why spend 4-6 hours interviewing me just to say there isn’t actually a current role for me? Should I be reading between the lines (if so what does it mean?) or pressing harder for more detailed feedback?

I just realized I'm over paid for my role. By a lot. What do I do? Can I negotiate a lower pay?

How competitive/what’s the demand for Associate or Solution Architects at HQ2? I.e. is AWS hiring to the point where it would be easier to get a job? (Grain of salt: I know lots of prep is needed regardless)

Would firm support getting an MBA while working on an FWA? Love the idea of expanding my network that would help with sourcing deals in the future while also increase my exit ops. Would shoot for a T7 MBA
