Who is responsible to make the sales playbook? VP of sales, Director of sales, Head of Sales or Sales enablement?

Depends on the stage of the company. Startups have a lean team and hire experience at first (VP or Director) - typically they role out the playbook. However, the sales playbook is a living document that can be tweaked with repeatable steps. The playbook changes with the maturity of the organization. Sales enablement will create courses, content, and role out the playbook to the seller’s, csm’s, and provide additional direction as the market or product shifts.

Everyone in the sales division plays a role in the creation of playbook but the heads of the department need to lead the charge. It needs to be a collaborative effort that is an open playbook for growth and flexibility. Someone has an idea that is proven to work, adapt it into the playbook! Also, there needs to be clear simple steps that do not over complicate the client experience or sales communication when things occur such as handoffs.

Hello fishes. I'm a MBA graduate currently working as a digital marketing professional in a mid size consulting firm with 3 years of experience.
I am terribly underpaid in my current org at 5.5 LPA after a recent promotion and annual appraisal. Another mid size consulting firm offered me 7.5 LPA but I am asking them around 9 LPA.
Am I asking too much or shall I take the offer of 7.5 LPA

Newbie investor asked me a question, they have $5k to invest and were wondering if they should put it in an index fund (S&P500 - which is what I’d normally recommend plus DCA thereafter) or if they should buy AMZN given that it is well off of its highs, is a solid company and would, in 12-18 months, likely grow faster than the S&P, as interest rates normalize over that time period, etc. That got me thinking… so I’m asking all of you, what would you do/recommend?

Hey folks, very new to investing. I want to hold SP 500 in my Roth IRA. What's the major difference between Vanguard SP 500 ETF and the mutual fund which also tracks that index? Only difference I know is that vanguard mutual fund requires 3000 min investment whereas ETF doesn't. What other differences are there?

Controversial take: Tucked in shirts on women are unfashionable. Something about it throws me back to high school. In my personal life I prefer a cropped vibe and professionally I buy things that don’t require tucking. Even button ups, I might tuck one side but I a prefer a casual untucked look vs tucked. I notice you really don’t see tucked looks in high fashion either. Is anyone else like this or is this a psychotic 🤣
