I’m a published author of two manuscripts at ACS, have experience in both clinical and basic science research, have worked in the field as a EMT and have many other experiences that will allow me excel. I’ve applied to @LEK ZS Associates Mercer and many more companies. Id so appreciate anyones help in this process. Thank you in advance!!
Anyone work in Supply Chain consulting at EY ? How's the culture?
I'm looking to move out of a boutique - currently do software implementations end to end + SC process consulting... would love to get away from the software piece. Saw some Demand Planning/IBP openings that fit what I do currently and what I did while in industry. 10YOE, 3YOE consulting

No, thank you. Too many issues can result from some of the ingredients. Besides, I haven't taken a flu shot for almost 50 years & I have never had the flu.

FMS 1... you are being sarcastic correct? Otherwise I might think you lost it!!

Yes! And anyone who hesitates should answer for him/herself this question: Would you still decline the vaccine if it meant that, if you contracted a life-threatening case of COVID, you would be placed at the back of the line of people needing medical treatment, behind all the people who’d gotten vaccinated? Because that is what would be fair.
No. People are not addicted to vaccines.
I am not taking it.
Maybe "sad for you" if you take it. But regardless each person can make his/her own choice.
Yes, duh! ASAP
Absolutely
I plan on it and think risk of minimal side effects worth it- I believe it should be a personal choice!
Side effects differ from chills, and fever, headache and body aches. Most people have the headache and body aches. I didn't get chills or fever, but laid in bed all the next day. Made me extremely tired.
I will take it as soon as it is available to me.
Yes! Absolutely.
I will. Not sure about requiring all teachers, but I believe most should consider it.
Me!! Impatiently waiting. Live in Alabama, teach in Georgia. Want things back to normal for my family and students! I want to hug my seniors at 👨🎓 graduation!
I get my Flu shot every year and have never had the flu. I know the vaccines don’t guarantee not getting it, but it should as a minimum reduce the severity of it.
100% getting it. I personally would support it being required. I would, however, also support it being optional as long as anyone who refuses the vaccine and then contracts covid is at the end of the line for care. Since, you know, people in cardiac arrest are currently just being given automatic DNRs as hospitals break down entirely.

Yes, I so agree with you. I have been healthy my whole life, I am not about to mess it up now with some untested vaccine because of other people's fears!
I will most definitely, when it’s my turn! I think everyone should but we can’t obligate them.
Every teacher should get it and it shouldn’t even be a debate.
Arizona?...really? How’s the rate of contamination going for you folks out there? ... Glad to hear you know a chemist.
No debate? There goes the constitution!
There is a point where even an adult gets tired of people spouting obvious misinformation and snaps. Especially when the majority offer no legitimate sources when asked. Debate is about countering with arguments, and in the case of scientific matters, actual data and evidence, not opinion. Many people in the social media say things just to stir the pot, and too many believe it without evidence or doing their own research.
It takes the patience of a Mother Teresa to not verbally b——ch slap another spouter of misinformation. When it comes to my health, safety and the safety of everyone I care about, dang skippy, I’m not gonna take some stranger’s negative or uninformed posts as the gospel.
I even care about you, CES 1, even though you can’t impact my personal well-being. As a biology teacher and experienced with chemistry, it bothers me when people don’t do the research and hence walk into a debate without the ammo to hold their own. It makes them look like a child trying to play basketball not having the training who then pitches a fit because the basketball team laughs at them. In an ideal world, someone on the team would help them learn the game, but for goodness sakes, Covid is not a game! Come to the court equipped with the tools to participate in debate or step out of it!
I am a PE teacher teaching 7 google meets a day.
The answer is .......................YES!!!!!!! I will take 2, 3, or 10 shots to stop teaching online.
I love the no vax people and how they say things like I don't get a flu shot blah blah blah.
Think of all the harmful things you put in your body in college! Suck it up and take the shot people. Let's get back to "normal".

Respectfully, you're assuming a lot about what people did in college.
Yes. It will probably be a job requirement.
District’s can’t require it. It’s never been fully approved by the FDA for medical licensure. It’s only been approved for Emergency Use Authorization. Those are two different classifications things f approval. If anyone believe the vaccine is fully approved, please show all of us the final and full FDA approval number (link source) with the two required independent, double blind, placebo, randomized trials required to back the FDA’s license approval.
ABSOLUTELY! Impossible to believe that anyone would think twice about it. I am waiting outside of Walgreens on the morning that the flu shots first arrive every season!!
I am 55 years old with some respiratory issues so I am definitely taking it
Good for you
I have been told not to take it! Some people have slight reactions others are having anaphylactic effects! I have had anaphylactic reactions to medicines in past! Took one med multiple times before having reactions! My health is not the best! My friends who give the shot have seen at least 5 adverse reactions to vaccines including heart attack and a stroke within the first week of administering!
You have more chance of dying from the vaccine than Covid. You do not know what the long term effects of that vaccine will be. No thanks!
Absolutely. Hoping to be getting it in the next month or so. 🤞🏼
Teachers should take it if they want. I don't plan on it. My body, my choice. Right?
Sure, your body, your choice - just as long as you are aware that Your Body, without Your Choice may pass on the virus to others such as your family members, friends, community members, your students, their parents, people in other states or countries if you go traveling. Or, Your Body, without Your Choice may receive the virus from any of these folks.
I will get the vaccine as soon as I am offered it. I do not want to go back to in person teaching without it! I am on two waiting lists already. The thing I fear is that it will not be as effective with the new strain of the virus.
Wrong? For thinking for yourself? Absolutely not! Good for you!
