Not FH, that’s for sure. I’d say Golin and Weber are good ones, but depends on which office works on the business. Edelman is a machine but everything I’ve seen lately has been pretty snoozeworthy.

I think it depends on what you mean by creative. Do you mean they come up with creative ideas that will gain traction in the earned media space? Or that they create tangible creative assets - like online films - they can produce? Or are you asking about culture more generally?
