anyone at EY know the policy for promotion bonuses? do you have to be employed as of 1 Oct or 15 Oct to get the bonus?
How do you land a job at an MBB firm? About me 3 years at kpmg in the cyber advisory sector. Only did a bachelors in CS. What do i need to do/ skill sets to improve in order to work there? I want to do IT/Cyber strategy work in the future.

Is it just me or are SPG/Marriott rewards absolutely miserable? After 40 some stays I have enough points for like 2 nights...am I missing something? Or is this just how it is?
My siblings are mad at me for not visiting my parents due to Covid (I last saw my parents in March). I’m not willing to fly and risk getting my 60+ old parents sick. If I drove it’s a 25 hour drive and I’d have to stop for restroom breaks or a hotel and could pick up the virus there. Am I being unreasonable?
