I’ve heard our healthcare coverage is quite similar to McK’s. Obviously I only know ours so can’t comment on whether that is true or not. But summary of BCG benefits:
+ Free to enroll all family members
+ Co-pay is $5 outpatient
+ Many surgical procedures have $0 copay
+ Brand name pharmaceuticals are ~$20; if ordered through CVS, generics are free
We are insanely blessed. I’m 25 and single so don’t really use them—but colleagues have told me they pay ~$50 for the full 9 months of pregnancy

That benefit at BCG/McK is unheard of. Nicely done on their part - that has to be insanely expensive for the firm, but what a great benefit.

Most Tech/Industry jobs are offering more competitive benefits now to families as a benefit.
ACN is 80% company and 20% individual. Coverage is pretty wide on most items but still pricey after copay.
