Hi ladies!
I have my video interview with Liberty Mutual tomorrow for a licensed customer service role. Oddly, this morning I get an invitation to interview with Farmers for a claims customer service associate. I know the salary for the LM role, but not the Farmers role. Does anyone have experience with either? They are both great companies and I want to make sure I’m planting my feet with the right one. Thank you!Liberty Mutual Insurance Farmers Insurance Group

Does anyone at Rutgers know where I can find a flexible part-time job for students on campus? I only found two campus positions on handshake and haven’t heard back from either yet. I feel like there has to be a lot more out there than what I’ve seen on handshake
Something similar to the digital classroom support specialist or tech help desk would be great. I consider myself tech savvy

At our level, you need to likely tell and document with the SVP that you would like to transition to another account. Perhaps begin by suggesting your utilization becomes 50% hired brand 50% a new brand. It’s likely the SVP holds the keys to your transition - you need to tell them directly and also say how it’s an important retention matter for you. You can alert HR that you had the conversation, but usually, this is entirely the discretion and business matter of the SVP, Managing Director, and any applicable talent acquisition open REQs. Sometimes, the only way out is to leave - but it’s a candidate market so you may have the leverage. Just be kind, respectful, and drive compassion in your need.
