Hi! I have worked in management roles in tech, mainly in analytics, for approximately 10 years. My TC has fluctuated (currently around 135K CAD), but it seems like it's relatively easy to breach the 100K bar, but hard to breach the 150K bar. I now work at the CBC, but I have worked in the private sector too. First i got offer from Accenture then i got offer from Wipro as below.

Accenture- 6 fixed+ 1.26 Variable+ 60 JB with Level 11 and role Cloud migration and IMP Analyst
Wipro - 7.40 fixed+ 0.6 variable for B2 band and role administrator

YOE: 2.3 years

I went to Accenture HR and asked to revise the offer so that i can join them and provided screenshot of compensation part of wipro offer letter.
Now Accenture HR is asking me to provide the full offer letter. What i have to do in this case?

I feel like my mind is my worst enemy. I have had a successful career with my current company. I started as a brand new Engineer and now I’m head of a 40+ people department. My boss (VP for the region) has been mentoring me to continue going up the ladder, but I always have these self-sabotage thoughts telling me that I’m not good enough and that I’m not as smart as people think I am. Anybody else here with Impostor Syndrome? Tips to get over this?

What do you guys think would be the best preparation/training to move from armed security to a local PD? I’m at just under a year in security and want to work toward being a cop. Most of my time in security has been handling transients that are trespassing or generally acting in unwanted ways. Along with the occasional shoplifter. I work mobile patrol.

I am a government contractor and my contract just ended on Friday.
