My landlord rejected and then ignored my request for a fridge check-up as I come home to melted freezer food, and my request to replace our old, moldy kitchen sink faucet. He then sent me a TikTok link on Easter (3 weeks after ignoring me) of a bunny f**ng a chicken saying that’s how Easter eggs are made. I can’t move this second (we are looking but realistically will take a few months), he never sent us a lease. What are our options?

I consider myself a gen xer. I feel that in the past, longevity and loyalty to a company was the trend. Now, i see ppl with resumes and they stay for less than a year in a job and change jobs constantly. The younger generation and are so eager to move up the ladder. I wonder if the move up is too fast and is really justified. Or perhaps the younger generation feels a lot more entitled and are more aggressive. Thoughts?
