Hi im looking to change paths and pursue IB, im working as a financial analyst at a big retail company right now and im working on acquiring my SIE. Just wondering if anyone has advice as to how to get IB firms to respond fo my applications and score more interviews. Or maybe even another path i could take like equity research and hopefully build experience to get into IB. I did not go to top school, i attended a state school and got a BA in Economics. 1. Either to take some %age hike to accept the new shift pattern which is working a few extra hours including weekends, in general it is like losing lot on what was signed by us before.

Max out my Roth IRA contributions for the previous tax year (sitting at like $4k out of $6k so far) with my stimulus check, or split it up between speculative plays I think have a ton of potential? (PLTR, CCIV, Bitcoin, and Ethereum)

Roth IRA is 100% allocated to the Vanguard Windsor fund btw. I’m 23 and think risky plays while your young are the only way you ever truly make it, but recognize the benefits of maxing Roth IRA YOY. Help!
