Anyone has information on how much does Fragomen or similar firms pay for Senior Client Engagement Managers?
I am being made a verbal offer for a role of Client engagement manager where I was interviewed for Sr. Client engagement manager.
The interviewers loved me and I was told I was the best one they interviewed amongst the lot.
I lowballed myself in initial 'what is your salary expectation' with the in-house talent acquisition Specialist. Any suggestions/tips? I bring value to the role.

I’m from Tech consulting. For the current week I didn’t get any project allocation and when I reported to the manager they said work with your leads and get some tasks. When I asked the leads they are like we don’t have any task right now. This will result in charging admin hours for me. Will this impact anything if it continues? YOE: 1.3

So I am in a unique situation from a supply chain standpoint. Client has a Make to Order product, with a backlog up to next year so in theory life should be easy. Except the current Supply Chain environment means the amount of past dues are racking up and the production schedule keeps falling wildly behind and catching up because impossible because the schedule is packed at capacity.

I have some ideas to help them, but I would love to find some good reading on MTO best practices and scheduling.

I recently joined TW some months back and I dont know why I think have made a wrong choice for myself. I am feeling like I am lost. I am not able to fit in in this high expectations environment. I am used to working in a place where we always worked by taking help from others and here it is sort of assumed that we would be knowing everything right from day 1. Also there is no pairing in my project. Any suggestions on what should be done would be welcome.

P&C focused people: What do you do to find success cross-selling life policies? I mostly sell P&C off internet leads. Most are not the ideal client for my company but I take care of them like I would anyone else. I do okay but not great with life after having the client for six months once I move them into a preferred policy. That move saves them enough to make life doable coupled with established trust. I’ve been told just to quote the auto and life together initially but it feels “off” to me.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get into project work or contract work? I’m hoping to leave public by January and need a break from corporate America for awhile. I want to stay remote and not be committed to 40 hours a week.

Any tips or ideas how I can better engage them to get what I need?

One thing I like about my firm is that, if your intern sucks? You can just say they suck and they’ll get pulled off your job so you can focus on being efficient. I put considerable effort into 1: he’s never available, never finishes anything, never takes notes, doesn’t follow through on communication ever, zero initiative, and refuses to talk to anyone except 1 staff associate even when specifically directed otherwise. I can’t push pull or drag him if I tried (and I did). I don’t feel bad.
