What's your strategy when FB/IG CPMs start to trend upward? For most of 2021, my account has seen CPMs under $2 for branding/awareness campaigns, but starting in May we're seeing CPMs creep up past $3. Thinking we'll need to create some scenarios on how overall investment will change if CPMs continue to increase (invest more in these platforms to increase reach, diversify to other platforms where we're not seeing as much fluctuation.) I'm being recruited to be a firms content writer and manager (along with essentially being the first sales hire and will build out their sales process/playbook).

I've done a small amount of content for a previous employer as an assistant to the head of content and my new employer is familiar with it. They know I understand at a high level their industry. However, I don't consider myself creative.

Am I doomed to failure?
