Hey y’all - seeking guidance please to pivot from Web 2.0 to Web3. 8 YOE in startups, agencies and big tech in client services, programme management and partnerships. I am proactively doing reach outs and self-directed learning to build my knowledge base. However, all Web3 companies seem to want prior crypto and blockchain experience and personally, as a female, I’ve found this space a bit “bro-ish” and daunting to enter, especially when not an engineer. Need Advice*** I successfully completed my interviews and was told today their working on my offer of 90k+ BUT I got thrown for a loop with the last interviewer (head of HR). She mentioned A hybrid schedule of 3 days in office, but the executive I’d be supporting told me different.
