Hey Googlers, I’m going in for my GCP TAM second round on Monday and had a few QQs for you all:
1. For the RRK2 case study if there is a scenario for handling peak time workloads where the client did a lift & shift of a monolithic architecture, is the best suggestion to move them to micro services to enable serverless and auto scaling features?
2. I was told that they’ll give me 15 mins to prep after the case study is shared live, would you suggest I build a 1 pager or is that not required?Google
Bellandur/Sarjapur Road area. Which is the best Broadband Internet Service Provider here in terms of Transparency of charges / Speed / Customer Support & Service? Earlier took Jio, but their support service is non-existent. Looks like they have billed me again for a period I had already paid. Jio Airtel Hathway etc. etc.
I joined in Accenture as level 8. Prior to joining, I was apporached by a project, and they seemed to not convince with my lack of knowledge about the role hence they dropped me even after contacting couple of times. Now I have got call from another one and they also seem to be not fully sure because my last role was very different. My question is how difficult is it to get a project in Accenture? Will this interviews continue? Also, what are the chances of me getting a suitable role?

Bankers by a million lol
Our business is leveraged to uncertainty

At first I thought it said who’s getting laid first. That would be consultants. Laid off? Bankers. Deal flow dries up. Consultants still needed to help with restructuring.
Bottom 5% at wherever

I’m thinking bottom 10-15% at a lot of places. This is the correct answer though

Usually bankers go first. Revenue is much more variable than consulting
Bankers
Mentor
Bankers at the higher levels.
Low producing MD’s (for obvious reasons) and Directors/VP (don’t need execution experts if there are no deals) get chopped.
Associates and Analysts relatively unscathed as you need someone to fill out pitchbooks and pull comps.
Consultants. Bankers aren’t convinced the recession is going to happen and they’re so well diversified, they’re prepared for a downturn. Layoffs will be small and sharp
Good firms will still retain their employees by implementing hiring freeze.
