Slightly off topic, call it the “social” aspect of bschool; I’m a 24M (early grad), if I matriculate at 25 is that too early to really enjoy it? All the school stats average around 28 y/o and I’m not sure how people especially women of that age look at single 25 year old guys not looking for any serious relationships...

I have sponsorship from my consulting firm (tuition, requires 3 year commitment, definitely does not pay like MBB/T2). I got a 60k scholarship from Kellogg, should I just consider making a move to MBB/T2?

What is an acceptable age to complete an MBA program if the goal is MBB or T2 strategy consulting post-MBA?

With current salary around 120k, should I pause my career to do a full time MBA or do something part time like the Booth Evening and Weekend program. goal is defense/national security consulting at MBB. It would put a lot of financial strain on my family for me to quit working and go to school full time but at the same time I worry that part time will drastically reduce my chances for the career I really want.

I self reported my GMAT scores on my applications that I’ve already submitted. Do I need to request official scores to be sent ASAP or can that wait until I know whether I’m getting an interview or not?

I have a PhD, but damn does an MBA not seem fun and useful for networking. Has anyone gone after PhD and a few years of consulting?

Sup all, I'm a director in pharma marketing and want to eventually get to a senior leadership position. I have an MD and currently applying for an executive MBA program. Is there a point when MBA doesn't make financial sense? I'm 29 at $180k base with additional compensation typically around 15-25% over the last few years.

I like what I'm doing I think, but a top MBA had always been one of those personal goals of mine. Goal would be to maybe switch to MBB where I think compensation is slightly higher than what I'm getting right now at my level.

Does it make sense to do a 2 year program, probably be $200k in debt and miss out on $400k earnings :(?
