What was the most challenging position of your career and why?

I applied to a job on Glassdoor. There was no range or salary history for this position found. HR emailed me with a questionnaire that included salary req. I now have a first interview with team members. This mean I will not speak to HR first. I’ve now found a posting on LinkedIn for the position that DOES list the salary range and I am in the far low bracket. If I am offered the position, am I stuck with the range I gave? I assume my “cheapness” was desirable to them and I would lose the offer

Am I making enough? I work as a Product Development Lead and I switched from the Ad Sales team in August. I negotiated my salary to $80k and recently got a $4K yearly bump. Is that an appropriate amount or should I be making close to 100K-110K? I know I’ve been in the role for a short amount of time but my past role had applicable knowledges and I’ve launched a few big projects now. I have a call with the technical recruiter from Facebook for a data engineering position (30min), do they ask TECHNICAL questions as well during this round (it’s the first call of the interview process)?

Just resigned and it went well, but then my boss came back an hour later saying received approval to give me a promotion and a raise. Super lost at what to do now. I love my current team (and especially the leadership) and there are some cool stuff coming up. But I don’t really love the work. The new job is also not 100% exactly what I wanted but is more exciting has better perks and travel (which I want). Comp is comparable, but current company will be about $10k more + a title bump.
