I am currently working in TCS having 3.5 years of experience. I have 2 offer one from cognizant and another from Accenture. The fixed pay are same for both the companies. So can anyone please suggest on which company should i join? Accenture or cognizant ?

For those fully remote but have team/company offsites for in-person collaboration, do you require everyone to be at the offsite, or are there options to still dial-in remotely? Our team isn’t really accommodating dial-ins because of “logistics” – proper conferencing/equipment, etc and I think it excludes people who can’t always travel cross country. But wanted to hear how other companies do it.
