For those of you who attended a FT MBA program, what did you do when you were not in the classroom? Besides traveling, partying, studying/homework, interviewing, etc. Were you often attending events to network, getting lunch with faculty, enjoying a hobby, something else? Thanks! *Repost*
How long after a seemingly successful round of interviews do you give up hope on hearing back? 😔
For all ex-Deloitte 🐠 I’m in advisory. Leaving 3 months before my 2 years is up. How does the sign on bonus repayment work? Do they take it out of our final check? Or PTO payout? If I wanted to talk to someone about prorating the amount to pay back, who would that be and at what point do I do that? I appreciate any input!
Got a letter from a municipal court to appear in court bc I didn’t respond to a traffic ticket for “defective tail light”. But I never received the ticket. Was stopped by a cop 3 months ago while driving a rental car (mine being repaired) bc lights weren’t turned on. In my own vehicle, lights are set to automatic, so I just didn’t realize it. After explaining the above, cop said “turn your lights on and drive carefully” and let me go. Two questions:1.can a cop give you a ticket after letting you

Hi everyone. This is probably not the best place to post this but searching for options everywhere right now. My mom is in an abusive living situation with the father of my siblings and I’m trying to find a place for her live. I live in DC and she has a stable job in Atl so living with me is not an option. She is unable to get an apartment due to poor credit and rental history. I’m willing to handle her rent, etc. If anyone is renting out a space or aware of someone who is please lmk.

I am moving geographies and so in a bit of dilemma. The hiring manager reached out for a consultant level role, a level down from my current title. She said the Sr. con role just filled up so either I could interview for consultant level position or wait for a few months when Sr. Consultant positions opens up. I have limited client facing experience since I went from backend to front end and also opportunity to move to desired geography. Not sure how to tackle this smartly. Any thoughts?
Has anyone gotten delays/cancellation notification for tomorrow’s flight in and out of Chicago (ORD)?
