Anyone buy property in South/Central America ? Considering making an investment in a unit in Panama City, Panama. Friends and I visit here and there + AirBnb seems to work well there. Leads are redirected to our website, which is optimized for self-service and conversion.

After a day, unconverted leads are assigned to outbound SDR team. They’ll get around 750 leads per month, converting at a 5% conversion rate.
