Anyone who has gone from B4 to independent consulting that can share their experience? I have a potential opportunity to work for a small firm (3 people max) and work as an independent consultant. Still W2 but no compliance stuff. Worried about losing financial/medical benefits and not having the ability to “grow” (no roadmap for partner here!) but may be able to use my experience to go completely independent.
