LMAO what do Afro Latinos look like? I just asked a creative to include more pictures of Afro-Latinos in our hispanic messaging and she said "I tried to find pictures of videos that looked authentic but they didn't have the right look, it's a very specific look". So no black people in the ad cause this white passing lady needs to gate keep who looks latina enough. The blond, blue eyed women in the photos passed though... UGHH.

How do you deal with low-energy team members? I have a small team, and I want to get them excited about the work we’re doing and can do. One team member is great but they don’t always have the same enthusiasm as the others and I don’t want them to A: feel excluded or B: bring the general energy down.
