Does TCS perform BGC for our previous organization also before joining or sometimes after joining also?

A serious question and need your help. I rented a parking spot from someone and it was agreed that there would be no car that would be parked in my spot. We have a signed agreement as well. There was a breach and when I arrived, the spot was occupied and I kinda let it go but the owner of the spot is really causing issues and threatening to cancel the spot. Can I take any action regarding the breach?

I have 5 years of customer service experience. It's me the famed tax attorney. I haven't posted much because I've been busy counting my stacks. But my significant other stood up to her family, in a way that's probably actually harsher than what I would have suggested. Safe to say, there will be no more passive aggressive suggestions that we should move.

My confession is that I actually hate Target (I’m 27F). They got cute shit but it’s all overpriced and the quality is more often than not pretty terrible.

My ex filed a police report against me and asked for a restraining order. We settled through our lawyers 6 months later without appearing in court as almost the whole thing was baseless and made up (not this post’s topic so let’s skip it).
