1) Probably depression, at least in my case
2) I’m grinding to get small tasks done, poorly
3) Trying to go for small walks at the very least

Baby steps. I allow myself to work out only a little — 15-25 min online classes. Sometimes as little as 10 minutes if I’m really not feeling it. I eat healthy during the week and don’t drink alcohol, but I allow myself to indulge (with reason) on the weekends so I have something to look forward to. I also started taking vitamins and they have made a huge difference. Not everyday is easy, but if I slip up I don’t dwell on yesterday and just try to pick back up the next day. I also threw out all junk food and have found tasty, healthy recipes to keep me on track. Like these date, cocoa, shredded coconut, almond butter, chia seed power balls. They taste like brownie batter but have only healthy ingredients! I’ll eat two for breakfast or dessert some days and don’t have to feel guilty

I recently started working out but it has NOT helped with work motivation. My to-do list grows ever longer...like all I have energy to do is making the to-do list 😫

Honey home workouts can be boring. But try going for a run or jog before the workout. That’s what I did before my gym opened and it made it a lot better
Drink lots of water, check your diet & add organically grown produce as a majority intake. Get rid of sugar & processed food as much as possible. Detox from social media & the news. Schedule calls & video chats with people you love & who bring you joy. Walk. Move your body—but without pressure. Look up & around. Put the phone away. Give yourself a break and be kind to yourself.
Schedule your day in chunks, based on when you’re most productive. Use lists. Stick to them.
