Why are HR people so rude! Get a life guys!

The shortage in PA has a bit to do with the great resignation, but everything to do with the way the PA model has been upended due to offshore work. We used to barely have the right amount of seniors to staff jobs since many left for industry.
Now there are fewer staff due to offshoring work, which means 20-30% fewer people being trained up to senior. Combined with fewer accounting grads in general, leading to demand>supply in industry (driving up salaries there!)=long term problem. Solutions?

Do not join IBM India bio-rad project. It has age old technology. No learning no growth. If you are part of AMS support your life would be miserable. Mid management is corrupt, full of dirty politics and groupism of bong group. Pathetic work life balance. You will be expected to be available on all public holidays, expect call from managers at anytime in a day, Also be available on weekends without any overtime allowance/benefits

Had 3 phone interviews + one in person. Went well. But now they lowered title/experience needed, I assume to find someone cheaper. How can I tell them I'd still consider w/o seeming desperate (I am)?
