Can anybody provide any insights about citibank project in @Synechron. How is the work life balance here?

I took my first day off in 2 years to take my son to the beach. A partner forced me to work all Father's day on a truly unnecessary project due to his own neuroses. Next day I call because our issue is resolved. I'm making a sand castle when I called and he proceeded to berate me about how the problem was my fault (it wasn't). He knew I was at the beach and even ended his rant by saying he hoped I was enjoying my day off. I'm wondering why we put up with it. It just doesn't seem worth it.

The outage is really embarrassing, since I am myself facing trouble during ITR Filing.

However, the devil is in the details. The project awarded is worth 4000 Cr (540M) but the govt. has reportedly paid a meagre 150 Cr (20M) so far.

Expecting a vendor to launch a production-level system by paying less than 5% of the project cost...

M&A Tax questions: I’m interested in moving from BTS to M&A tax and I’m a CPA (awaiting license number). However, I heard that most CPA in M&A tax and people like me with excel skill set will do more on modeling than tax due diligence. Would modeling project help with my exit opp or career like those who do TDD? I didn’t want to do more compliance bc I want to learn something new than doing excel calculation. Not like TDD might help me with a new skillset like writing report.
