Or u look to some of the smart folks within GDPR attempting to make “probabilistic context,” that is very decent proxy for cookie/“people based” marketing make the point moot. Was on a call with an engineer in Berlin and was pretty impressed how far it has come.
In my company there had been a lot of talk about how we will combat this. I believe the 2022 date has tricked people to believing they have more time than they do.
Both... everything about online analytics that uses data lakes will change. I'm in that field. Adtech outside those giants
If I'm in this space, I'm thinking a lot less fraud. . A lot less data. A lot less need for data scientists.
Fact: adtech and ad in general contributed to the need for big data analytics. The cloud is funded by advertisers... so were mobile app developers. A lot will change

Data or adtech???? Adtech outside 3 party G, A, FB, oligopoly and a few fighting to consolidate the scraps. Industry has well peaked unless you are in the oligop.
Same. Email performance and inboxing and it’s use to drive interactions not entirely dependent on big 3 plus maybe one other. Dying in a way non-of the vendors understand. Client downscaling there is coming soon as well.

But killing 3p will remove behavioral fraud. I think we're fked.
I'm not sticking around to find out if they still need data scientists in 2 years time.
