Agree with EY1. There are so many factors that go into the decision. Especially when there is a family involved. Someone not making a decision as simply as you say CAN be putting our big boy pants on

My big boy pants tell me all the time that I have a stable job with good insurance d and a 401k and I have a family with little kids. Not my ideal job, but, kind of stuck now. So here I am 🤷🏼♂️
Some of us have our “big boy pants” on and have made a decision. That doesn’t mean we like our decision or that we are never conflicted or wish we didn’t have to make that decision. We have decided the pros outweigh the cons. However, I don’t know why you feel it’s so terrible if we regularly reassess if that decision is still the right decision for us.
I’m curious to know what bothers you so much about it.

I’ll be more specific, the never ending threads on here where people ask “advice” when it’s clearly obvious, and they just need to make the decision themselves.
I totally understand there will always be situations people can’t control.
If you know what you want to say, put on your big boy pants and say it the first time
