I understand DIJV is a SBU within Deloitte India only. But whybisbit created if DI was there?? 1. Does it only cater to foreign member firms or Indian clients too?? 2. When did it get form? 3. How many people are within DIJV?? 4. Its hikes, progressions etc. are separate or in line with DI? 5. Why do we have IT (Tech.) DD, FDD, Forensics etc. teams under both DI and DIJV?? 6. I’ve been on a pretty pure SAFe SAP project and it worked quite well. The agile coaches and scrum masters made sure we followed the methodology.
Hybrid agile in my understanding is that only certain teams work in agile for certain phases within a waterfall project. I’ve been in such a project as well and I didn’t notice much as it was the dev team that I wasn’t directly dealing with that worked agile.
Too much interrelated configuration to be pure agile.
OP, enlighten me. How would you implement in pure agile? What is the reasoning behind the question?
Imho Activate is a hybrid methodology, not pure agile.
Agree with EY1 that after a certain size scope you just end up re-doing so much work. Clients want a bit more certainty in their budgets and timelines than “lol sorry since we had to change some things or this wasn’t done yet we need to go back and redo”
Too many moving parts that need to be connected simultaneously to leverage the value proposition that SAP offers.
Agile is to develop apps, not ERP. I've never seen a succesful SAP implementation with Agile. It usually a mess, leaders don't know what they are doing and tons of people burn out. But we have to sell it . smh
