After how many years we shud join tcs??
Hi folks, I have recently joined Publicis Sapient taking an offer of 14.4 LPA. I have total 4.5 years of experience and my previous CTC was around 3.4 LPA. I had various offers in hand but not one to counter this one and PS is providing me 4x+, so I couldn't negotiate much.
Another thing is I was an immediate joiner as I had left my previous organisation 3 months ago so I couldn't wait to think about this offer.
But now I think it's low, what do you think please let me know and suggest.
Hi fishes, I have offers from UKG and Snap on Business solutions. Ukg is offering _16.8 CTC and Snap on is ready to give - 18 Which organization should i join? I am more inclined towards UKG as it is a product based and wlb seems better.

Because unfortunately, someone is willing to take the peanut payment and continue the cycle lol. And these will be the same companies that complain about "quality of work" or "no decent candidates available" but it's ultimately a mentality that needs to be changed

I think it might be because they don't want to invest on coaching basics and they want to focus on organizational goals so as to minimise the time from joining to working on floor.

Simply too much talent out. US pays more, but it's even more competitive really, even if the volume of talent isn't as high. There are too many people who don't have the kind of financial burdens that those with families might have too and they are willing to do anything.
Because they want lateral employees to work from day 1 after joining with minimal training’s. This could either be due to urgency in requirement or to save time.
