I got call from PWC US. HR mentioned that they have office in Bangalore and Mumbai. Work timings are US timings i.e. night shift for India.
May I know what exactly is different between PWC India and PWC US apart from client base? Is there any difference when it comes to hike, policies etc.

During a zoom preliminary injunction hearing, our client began “word-vomiting” on cross examination. My partner, who was probably aiming for our client, then kicked me under the table. A colleague/friend asked me for some freelance help editing a web page she was writing for a client. She’s always gotten me gigs, but this was a little different (collaborating v solo). Still I spent a good five hours revising, coming up with suggestions and helping her rewrite and in the end…no mention of rate/invoice/nada. How do I broach this delicately, knowing she’s a friend, but also knowing I don’t work free? And without sabotaging more (paid) work down the line?
