why do almost all companies keep stressing "dont be afraid to ask questions!" and go goo goo ga ga when you say that you're curious and ask a lot of questions but when you start working seniors will start getting annoyed with you and can't be bothered to answer said questions? Also, a lot of jobs I have worked they will say the first 3 months-1 year you are still learning so you will not be penalized yet it is brought up in a review that the person not performing well when that is expected?

My coworkers & I have a group chat. Fairly often, we do some griping about work. We also have fun convos, share dog pics, etc. Sometimes though, you just want to commiserate.
