Hi Folks,
Hope you are doing well, I need valuable suggestion on few of my queries.
I had joined KPMG(KGS) on April 2022, during the interview i have been told that i would be working on Java Backend Development as my background belongs to same technology and my interview was also happened on Java/Spring/Microservices; but they put me on Low-Code / No code Platform and its totally tool based work. I am frustrated with the current work as i didnt find anything productive to learn.Continued in com KPMG @
Hi everyone. I need a help. I had my interview with TCS and on 2nd of Nov, I got a mail saying that I've cleared TR+MR and I have to upload my docs after which their will be a call for salary negotiation. I haven't got any call from them. I called the hiring HR and he said I will get a call. Is it normal for TCS that it takes so much time? Or shall I consider it as rejected?Tata Consultancy

Gotta interview at places you are kinda interested in to get your practice up. It’s just a matter of reps. Also helps you learn about the market. Practice makes perfect.
I agree. I would interview well at all firms/corporations the same way. Practice makes perfect and the more interviewing you do, you won’t bomb your ideal job interview. (I’ve even interviewed for jobs that I knew I wouldn’t take because I was overqualified and the pay was way off, but just as practice lol)

Job interviews are one of my (few) talents, this may sound weird but I treat it like I’m playing a role of whoever my best version of myself is. Job interview me is super confident, thrives in social settings, is bubbly and friendly, and is cool calm and collected. Anyone who knows me IRL knows I’m a high strung perfectionist with social anxiety who needs external approval and has resting bitch face. I’ve learned to really enjoy job interviews because I am able to chill out a bit by just thinking of it as playing a role for a day. Obviously I am still myself, but the me I wish I was normally. I guess a “fake it til you make it” situation?
And the other commenters are right, interview as much as you can!
