Why do i feel like I'm the least liked person in my group by the managers.
I work so hard, almost on the top of the group every time. I have got my team recognition by my work . Still for no reason people justly ignore me n my work. Not when i do even s sought mistake though. They avoid appreciating me as much as they can. This is literally depressing .
And it is due to my nature only because it is not about one or two managers or persons it's about every person in my life.

I think I am a pretty good programmer. I can do clean coding and make complex systems that are easily maintainable and understandable for my colleague's at a good pace. However, my personality afk is completely the opposite, I'm messy, incoherent in speech, easily confused and distracted and perceived as ditzy. I've been accused of being dumb sheep. (If you know mbti I'm a stereotypical ENFP)

Is this just imposter syndrome from a different angle?

I left my previous employer (of 15 yrs) because of the good o’boys club (you can join if you cheat on your wife, have zero accountability, a huge ego and nose up a VP’s ass). Some of the best competent people have left recently as a result. Now they’re constantly posting propaganda on LI pretending it’s a “fun & cool” place to work. It makes me want to throw up in my mouth. I was I could tell all the naive young millennials to run, as fast as they can or else they better watch their backs…

I love working at the bookstore and I'm proud to work with such a large group of people from different backgrounds. I'm really happy we're all here. But it probably isn't the best idea to get someone to reshelve books when they haven't been taught how to categorize them properly. I'm struggling at work and in the process of adjusting my meds, while simultaneously trying to fix some bad habits that I think came from burnout.
