Have anyone of you given the Amazon Online Assessment for MBA summer internship 2023? If so, how long does it take for Amazon to reach out with a decision about next round post OA ?
It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard back anything yet. Looking to see if it’s the same with fellow applicants. Thank you

So anyone leaving Cerner now?
Cos they’re trying to run lean and it’s more expensive for them . They don’t have the facilities or the time to train people from scratch
Similar to what IQ1 said, it’s because it’s often more cost effective to outsource a 6 month project at a 250k fee to consultants than sacrifice the FTE time of 4-6 employees over the same time period that could be doing more crucial work. Consultants are often hired to get the stuff done that takes time and effort to further the clinical or commercial development plan
Additionally, pharma business owners tend to be very siloed from one another. It is beneficial to bring in a third party who has knowledge or works across diff functions in an organization. Like previous posters have said, it’s more cost efficient to hire a firm than build in house.
