Why do quite a lot of people want to go FPA? Isn’t corporate FPA has the same pay, growth, tenure and less opportunities than GL accounting?

What are the most efficient ways to learn the underlying science in biopharma, for someone with only a partial/moderate STEM background?

I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. This is the first time I've considered work outside of higher education. I said my salary expectations are minimum $90k and that didn't seem to be an issue. Am I asking too little, too much? My office recently was acquired by a new owner. He's shown interest in me being his office manager. He's said after this transition period, that they want to give me the official title and pay yo compensate that. But it's been 4 months. The transition is over and I've been busting my butt. I have a good eye for visual design, but I'm a bit scared of the business strategy, analytics and testing part. Where do I start to learn those skills? I know the basics of testing and conducting workshops, but I don't know how to develop those skills further. My company focuses on UI and I haven't been lucky to land a PD job. Do companies really look for all those skills?

looking for a new (remote) job with 2 YOE. recruiter asked me what my range was, I turned it around and asked her for the range, she said it caps at 60k and I told her I was looking at a minimum of 70k. she met with the company owner (a lawyer) and he agreed to push it to 70k for the right fit. if I get an offer, can I ask for more or is the 70k already the final negotiation?

Recruiter reached out about KPMGs Lenders Deals advisory position. Currently only been in audit for less than a year at a Top10 firm. My question is: if I move from audit to the lenders deal advisory, Is it pidgin holing me since this role is smaller in scope than FDD? Or is it still a good move purely since I’d be getting B4 on my resume?
